My weigh in at 255 was from my last week record. The 250 is current as of today. My 30 to 45 min. cardio plus the 1hr 30min I spend hitting the weights at least 4 times a week is a big help. Trying to watch my daily calorie intake vs. my calorie burn is tough. I'm sticking to it and really staying away from certian foods, or atleast trying lol!
