So this week has been pretty good. I worked out a lot. Ate really well...
Until today. Today I worked tech crew for a music festival. I got free beer and free food all day. So I ended up over eating. Not super bad but not anything like I've been the rest of the week. I'll get back on that horse tomorrow. Do some weight lifting to make up for it.

Day whatever today is!
So I'm really bad at keeping up with this. I've been working out hard and I've lost at least a pants size since I started over two weeks ago. Monday I accidentally starved myself (stupid low calorie salad) but I've been better about it all week. I've been feeling really hungry during the day but eating a small lunch fixes that right up.
Anyway keep up the good work.

Day 12
Did some weightlifting for an hour at the gym. Pretty awesome! Ate nothing but BBQ, eggs, and grapes all day. HEALTHY! Stayed within calorie boundries. CONSCIENTIOUS!
Tomorrow More BBQ and Eggs! MAYBE A SALAD!

Day 10/11
I'm terrible at doing this daily. I get sleepy and forget to write. Yesterday was good with the salad coming out really well and super low cal.
Today was great. I worked out and got into my animal zone. It felt fantastic. I also made pasta for dinner with greek yogurt instead of a cream sauce. It was delicious and spicy. I'll have to make more sometime. Also the pasta came out much lower calorie than I expected. So I had a beer tonight! Plan on doing some weight lifting tomorrow. Bought some chicken quarters for a bbq tomorrow. Can't wait to get the 'que goin.
I'm trying to decide if I should eat a little more than I have been tomorrow to fully enjoy the bbq or save it for dinner all next week. We'll see.
Anyway, tomorrow gents!
