It's friday hurray, a three day weekend. I done really well for the first week on my white stuff diet. Let's start another week.

I have noticed I am loosing weight my stomack is getting smaller not much but it is. I weighed today 174 lbs. Don't know how good my scale is will know tomorrow. When I weigh in.

Monday, lost three pounds in the weekend. This white stuff diet seems that is working. I am not as hungry as I use to be. Another day.

It's Sunday very nice day. I have lost one and half pounds. I hope I can make this challenge. Food very expensive but it is all good for me. I will go to the movies today to watch karate kid.
