Sinus headache/congestion weighing me down. Been laying down all day-just sleeping off and on. Now i've been awake a li' bit i feel pain returning....sigh.

Note of a different tone
PAIN!
Why does
PAIN
keep finding me?! Phew, I was feeling ok earlier today. I had my pain management appointment and other appt's . By the time I left 3 hours had past. Good thing transport allowed me to use one of their wheelchairs onsite. When I got back outside in the pollen(s) OMG the pain in my jaw kicked back in and has not stopped and it is now 2am a full 12hrs later. sighhhhhhhhh
I find that pain can at times lead to eating and more eating and more and more..... and I guess we all know this cycle. It doesn't lead anywhere good. As hard as I have been struggling to loose this weight recently then as soon as I loose a few pounds to be hit with another type of pain. The dreaded SINUS pain-OMG!

Hello my foodie friends. Recently I have been dealing with sooooooo much pain to my body parts. Then on top of that I had to deal with the fact that my weight was going up instead of down causing me emotional stress. So I will be weighing in tomorrow.
I will be so glad when my health gets back to the point where I can walk with a regular gait. For now, I am having to use a walker and/or cane to get around. Sometimes, depending on how far I have to walk I will have to request a wheelchair transport.
