Grilled Chz & 3 Bowls of Veggie & Lean Ground Beef Soup~I know the Grilled Chz has 218 Calories~ I approximate each bowl @ around 150ish-200ish Cal-Just going to call it 718 Cal~This is a lot, but it was my only meal for the day~Onward & Upward or Downward

Hello All, Had some questions about the Sweet & Sour Chicken I made. 1st the Chicken was cooked from frozen in my power cooker for 20mins then cut into kinda cubes and browned on each side with a light spray of Olive Oil Cooking Spray then coated W/ (I think) 1/4 cup (4servings~100calories) Laura Lynn Sweet & Sour Sauce~Found it in the Ingles Asian Food Section~It took me trying different Sweet & Sour Sauces to find one that I really liked. 2nd I get my Calorie counts from measuring and weighing all of my food, prepackage foods, like Tofu, weighing~Prepackaged Sauces into measuring cups/spoons~Veggies are weighed on digital scale and put in by grams based on what google tells me each gram weighs. I only calculate approximated calories because it is literally impossible to get completely accurate counts on foods. For example 2 Mushrooms of equal weight might not produce the same amount of energy expenditure for your body or might not efficiently break them down the same way on different days. When Calorie counting it is what the app has total calculated for that meal but it is still an approximate number. 3rd I have tried several diets, low carb, no carb, low fat, no fat, cutting out dairy, only grapefruit & egg, only seafood meats, no sugar, you name it I have tried it. Some of these work great for others and they are able to maintain the rest of their lives using these methods. I personally only like portion controlled servings of foods I will eat when maintaining my weight. Good ❄ 🌞/🌙 2 All & Sweet Dreams!!!
