Well, this seems to be an easier thing to do than I had thought! Goodness knows it has taken me a while to get here… There is such a wide gap between knowing how to and actually getting to execution!
I am really enjoying these meals, seldom feeling hungry, and happy in the knowledge that they are great for Kitty and Billy too.
The struggle over LCHF for Kitty with her father continues, but I am not worried - I know the right thing will prevail in the meantime.
