not doing so well. it seems i must remain in a state of hunger to loose weight. I continue to burn more Calories then consumed, but notice if i stay with a comfortable, happy tummy, a gain pounds of fat. some of my weight gain could be muscle, but i do see a bit of a middle again.

do not understand lack of weight loss. Again I am toning up but not bulking up so I do not think this lack of weight loss is muscle gain.
