Eating the same, however have a daily work out, Calisthenics - IE, push up, sit ups, leg lifts, pull up, chin ups interlaced on different days. Also focus on drinking more water.

I continue to be baffled. As I burn more calories then I consume, it is yet to show a difference in my middle section. This is frustrating, Fluctuation of 12 pounds in my weight has been noticed but no real rime of reason as to why the middle will not leave. The gain of weight does not surprise me as I have been working out over the year, but I was not that over weight to begin with, so a trimmer body should be in order. Will keep at it until the riddle is solved
