Had to resign from the challenge due to my tendonitis and have to stop doing bootcamp for awhile. Possibly joining the gym so that I can keep dedicated. Not keen on the gym at all prefer outdoor activities.

Took 2 days off training after Doc diagnosed patella tendonitis. Will continue with training from today onwards. Waiting for new training plan from Doc which will be issued on Wednesday until then its light training / walking etc.
Took measurements - no weekly loss - a bit disappointing, really have been dedicated. But will not give up - I will get to my healthy BMI range and goal weight!
