As I journey through this weight loss process and trying to improve my nutrition and overall health I found that no matter the circumstances we learn a lot about ourselves.
So you didn't lose weight today...
bask in the encouragement you receive from others & find strength in not giving up.
Ok you stayed the same weight..learn to be patient and keep doing what you think is helping you and stick with the plan. Good things come to those who wait on the Lord...don't jump ship.
Good for you for those who lost weight! It doesn't matter how much it still shows progress and celebrate your achievements! Don't let anyone steal your joy.
Most of all love and encourage yourself and others. Be happy in the moment!

Good morning FS fam! Since I start my morning way too early for no reason at all but because of habit. First I brew coffee and look for something to eat. I'm going to try to stretch my food today.
Today I logged in my breakfast but I realized it was too much for me in one sitting and knowing myself I will want to eat something in a few hours. So I saved the other half. I'm going to try to do that with my other meals and hoping to stay under my quota for calories intake🤞. I didn't use all the cheese with breakfast so I can use it in my lunch and it has already been counted!

My neighbors are awesome! I gave them homemade we cookies I made to get them out of my house...they turned around and came over to deliver pineapple turnovers they made. Yikes!🤣They are going with.my husband to work to share with his co-workers😁
I did try one...so delicious
