Well half a pound is a half a pound! This last week the scale was all over the place but I'll take what I can get ;-) Key is to not get discouraged! I've noticed that I'll have weeks where I'll have no or very little of a loss (like this week) and then I'll have a good size loss right after. Just gotta keep the eye on the prize :-)

TGIF! And it's a payday WOOT WOOT!
Lots to do this weekend - my daughter has her first softball game of the season tomorrow and I have to work in the snack bar at the fields. I will not cave and eat any of the cheesy fries! The father/daughter dance for GS is on Sunday as well. I have to go and chaperone and thankfully I'm so busy policing the girls that I won't be tempted by any of the yummy food :-) Sometime during all of this I need to go grocery shopping, tv shopping and I totally need some new undies as all mine are insanely large.

So my scale this morning tried to inform me I was at 213.5 - it's obviously a liar because there is *no way* I gained four pounds in two days since I've eaten in the neighborhood of 1200 cals daily. I know I'm retaining fluid I just don't know why - my feet were totally swollen yesterday but not my hands which was weird. I don't do salt and I drink about 100 ozs of water a day so I'm thinking I'm PMS'ing. So my new goal is to keep track of my cycle so I actually know what's going on - such a novel concept ;-)

Totally binged last night after a very
very
stressful day at work. Came home and made dinner for the kids and then took them for ice cream came back played some Wii with the kids and then when it came time to put my son to bed he had a total meltdown which resulted with me getting hit smack in the nose. I was so ticked I ended up eating his Cheetos out of spite - I was totally acting like the four year old then!
So I get on the scale this morning and it was all over the place - anywhere from 198 to 212 - that's quite the spread! The most consistent weight I saw was 206 which I think is a lie so we'll see what tomorrow brings :-)

Getting very excited - I'm within 9 pounds of my status bar thingy turning green!
The weight loss (aka meal replacement) shakes are working like a charm! For someone like me who is insanely busy at work and running around with two kids this is perfect. I'm getting my nutritional intake and not feeling like crap when I don't get to eat. I typically have a meal at lunch and do the shakes at breakfast and dinner which is perfect. I was delighted that my sins of Saturday night dinner out didn't haunt me on weighing this morning - my penance yesterday paid off!
I'm down 10.5 lbs to my goal of losing 30 by June 5th. I have my annual girlie doctor appointment that day and I really want to make sure when I step on that scale that it's under 200 - my doc will be so proud :-) & I'll see my Mom for the first time since last October when I started this journey.
