The healthier foods are helping. I didnt record my weight last week because it didnt change :(. I am more hopeful for this week. I did horrible on following my diet during dinner. On the bright side "doing horrible" was more like how i was eating before not as horrible would have been back then. But I did a little sneak peak on my weight to see if i ruined it yesterday and I had lost a pound. :) lovely! Things I am going to try are while eating taking smaller bites and chewing more. Also since my job is mostly sitting I am going to try to walk around behind the desk and also when I have to walk to rooms I am going to quicken my pace. Get a little work out done while doing work. I love it!! I already take the stairs every where i go because elevators are frightening! I am really feeling more confident in my ability to keep on track with this diet. I just need to not give up because even though the progress is small it is there!

I really did go to the store and bought a lot of good things. along with my veggies i bought some nuts even though i do not like them they are good for me especially since i am a vegetarian. i got a little bit of fruit but not as much as the veggies. my dinner i brought to work is a very green one and it is making me feel better about myself. the worst part of my dinner is the ranch dressing but if i put nothing on there then i will not enjoy it as much and probably give up sooner. i am trying to make better decisions. i do not want to only do the slim fast. even though i got the best results with it, it is not making me happy. so this morning instead of a shake like i normally do i had an egg sandwich. this sandwich differed very much from my usual egg sandwiched. there was no butter and there was no cheese and there was only one egg. it was just an egg on toast and it was surprisingly satisfying. I hope i can keep up the good work and actually lose some weight this week. i just need to make sure i am getting my exercise in!
