Decided to revise my hydration schedule and stop drinking fluids after 6 pm to lessen getting up at night and messing with my sleep. Hydrating every three hours is easy enough to remember.
Lots of noise in the apartment next door. My neighbors moved and the landlord is renovating for the third time in a row.
My priorities right now are arranging automatic payment for Medicare and filling out the PDF for the sports physiologist/nutritionist.
Thinking about enrolling in Meals on Wheels as a safety net to ensure I hit my RDI.

Steps yesterday: 876.
Back on the stepper after spending a lot of time yesterday doing comedy on the internet with a friend from Wales. Today, up the count to four sessions a day. I'm also doing makeup sessions.
I mixed my first protein shake this morning without sugar. The American Heart Association says no more than nine teaspoons of added sugar daily for men. I'm hitting that mark a lot easier now that I'm eating less processed foods.
My Relay Foods delivery arrived in two Rubbermaid totes, one with insulation and an ice pack for foods like meat and yogurt. Relay picks them up when they make their next delivery. Nice to know they're not spending money on fancy packaging with logos.
Amazon Fresh charges $300 a year for delivery. Relay charges $30 a month for unlimited deliveries. Instacart delivers from Whole Foods, Costco, and other stores for $3.99 in major cities.
Worst purchase I made was $4 for eight ounce of Mirepoix. Marepoix is a fancy word for chopped up stew vegetables: organic onions carrots, and celery. The next time, I will order the raw ingredients and run them through the Ninja Prep Pro. At least they weren't canned and salted. They went into the slow cooker along with a cup of black beans. The slicer tomato wasn't very big.

Relay Foods delivery arrived within the promised window. I spent as much as I would have at Kroger, but there's no way I could have hauled all that weight home on the bike. Organic, local plus no buffet meal to tempt me.
