Started the Hundred Push-ups Challenge on Tuesday. This morning was the second day and I thought I was going to break. I felt so sick and sore afterward. I had a headache so intense for almost 2 hours after the exercise.
What am I doing wrong? Am I tightening my neck muscles too much? I tried to relax them while I am working but it is especially hard during the last two push-ups when I am trying to knock them out.
Also, I feel like I can't make it all the way down to the floor and back up. Anyone else feel this way?
