Still couldn't log my daily challenge progress so I dropped out of the challenge. Have been getting my daily 10 minutes in though. 3970 Steps.
This weekend, plan to increase exercise minutes, intensity, and increase #steps on my pedometer.

Spring cleaning challenge, week 1 half done. down 1 pound, staying on challenge. had pizza tonight, but kept rest of day low, so still stayed withing calorie allotment.

tried again to update my challenge. But still getting an error. Did 10 minutes exercise today. 3470 steps.
