Today is day two. Day one went well. I tracked everything I ate, stayed within my guidelines. Today I will drink more water.

This is the beginning of a new year, my goal is to become healthier by loosing 10 lbs and getting regular exercise. I am borderline diabetic and want to remain healthy.
