My husband and I worked with a personal trainer for a month and he did awesome showing us what we need to do. Down side is hubby and I both gained 2 lbs each. I know muscle weights more that fat but dang it, its hard to stay motivated. We started adding the food prepping without watching calories and that helped me eat just my portions for the week we did it, but not so much the hubby. Now I want to go the next step by paying attention to what I'm making but I think I want to try Keto meal prep, hubby won't be able to handle it so much as he has a few health issues that Keto wouldn't be a good idea. So looks to be like I'm going to be food prepping for two different types of diets. I guess I really wish I could get more feed back on what I need to do on the diet part to see some kind of change.
