Within the last couple of months I have been going to the gym. My fiancé and I joined Gold’s Gym 4 months ago. However, prior to joining the gym I was doing p90x. The at home gym was a good start; it really helped me build my endurance. Classes like body pump and body combat really helped me kick the weight.Feeling good and healthy.

P90x Workout
Arms and Back
I love this workout because I love working out my arms. This is a huge area that i would love to tighten, along with my stomach.

Have four boiled eggs while on my way to work.
8:15M
Had my vitamin pack. Took them all at once, which I will never do. I had an upset stomach all day. I take 2 pills each time I eat. Two per meal verse having it all at once.
10:00am
I had my wey protein shack with oatmeal.
2:00am
Had my second protein shack.
Today was hard since it was the first day of my new workout routine. I had a upset stomach and I did not like my lunch. The chicken was dry and tasteless and the green beans had no taste. I want to make food that is not fatty and still maintain a good eating habit for weeks to come. My goal is to be in shape by the beginning of Feb for my photos.
