Within the last couple of months I have been going to the gym. My fiancé and I joined Gold’s Gym 4 months ago. However, prior to joining the gym I was doing p90x. The at home gym was a good start; it really helped me build my endurance. Classes like body pump and body combat really helped me kick the weight.Feeling good and healthy.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
