So the weight is staying at 243 so far - not too bothered about that.
I had a beer and ate half an 18" pizza the other night, stomach felt a mess the next morning though. Needed a day off because I was knackered and wasn't at home. Next time I'll get more sensible take out if it comes to that (grilled chicken kebabs on pitta with salad and no sauce, delicious!)
Benched today and hit my 5x5 no probs with a 2.5kg increase so I'm happy about that, but then I had a brain short-circuit and did overhead presses afterwards instead of rows... and I wondered why it seemed so much more difficult than last week .... idiot ... haha!
