Ok today I am feeling more positive I am going to rearrange how I am eating starting tomorrow. With a high calorie breakfast and early in the morning. followed by a snack at 9am and one at 11 am and then lunch at 1pm less calories than breakfast. a snack of fruit at 3pm and then supper at 6-7pm of around 200 calories. I will make sure daily totals are over 1000 but no more than 1200. I am also including one little treat of less than 100 cal so that I dont feel deprived and end up binging.
And I shall exercise as much as I can which at the moment is not too much. I did 20mins of Taebo early this AM. But was in so much pain after and still am.
Weigh in on Sat and hope it goes well.
If anyone has suggestions on what I can do to help with weight loss please let me know. Thanks

Well I am trying so hard to stick to my diet and record all my food and do some exercise but seems the scale still fails me. What am i doing wrong? I seem to be gaining and not loosing. I can't exercise too much due to pain problems so what should i do?
