I am absoutely amazed at how well my body responds to a mostly vegan based diet. after having the bloat for a few years, this is a nice change! I weighed 156 in college, lol! I dont want to be that skinny, but I do want to get rid of this excess fat!

Good afternoon fitfam! I had stopped by my parents yesterday on an empty stomach. Not the best idea! I had a ton of "bad foods". But at the same time, it felt oh soo good lol! As long as I can stay on track, I will be fine! FedEx was heavy last night. Totally sore! I have some design and printing to do on my business today. Let's get it!

Good morning fit fam. Have a happy Monday, and a happy week! Chase your dreams. Enjoy yourself. Don't be afraid of fear, or afraid to win. Embrace the struggle! You can do anything if you have faith.
