Feel good. I like to weigh in the morning, as soon as I wake up with only my birth-robe on. I was lazy this morning. Did not want to go to the Gym and made excuse that I worked hard yesterday which is true because parts of my quad and hamstring and glut and what not are still singing" Ouch!!" every time I move around or walk.

But I just cant let this happen. if not in the morning I must find time to either walk or bike. So I went on a Walk for 20 minutes during lunch break. That made me realize more of how harder my PT had pushed me yesterday. Wow!! I am still sore.

Its going to be a long day today and I only have had half of allowed calories. I am hungry but not starving-Marvin. I will have a little snack in 3 more minutes.

To those who look at my journal and be surprised that I have lost 3. some lbs in three days, no that is not the truth. I started back in October 1 when i joined a gym and since then I have been working out, I started the program seriously then. but did not come back to FS and weigh in until Monday 28.
