I did HORRIBLY over the weekend. Didn't even exercise yesterday. So, no full workout Saturday. No workout at all Sunday. Needless to say, I shall NOT weigh myself today (don't want to see the results of my indiscretions).
Drank a Slimfast at 10:10 this morning, lunchtime pasta salad and the meal I prepared for this evening.
Had the boyfriend take the rest of the Lindor Chocolate Balls home with him this morning. Will probably do a 3 mile walk on the Treadmill today.
So, back on the wagon this morning!!!!!

10 miles reached Thursday (2/13)
Lost another pound. Will celebrate while I can -- I did terrible yesterday. Went to Famous Dave's Barbecue for Valentine's Day. And ate 7 Lindor chocolate balls.... Oh well, gotta jump back on the wagon.

I am pleasantly surprised at this morning's weight because I did not do my supplemental Dance workout yesterday, but I did 1 flight of stairs 3xs yesterday -- had to go see a co-worker 3xs yesterday, so I guess that helped make a difference!
But NOT SO SURE HOW VALENTINE WEEKEND WILL GO :-0

Co-worker invited for coffee at work (Tim Horton's). The only problem is that I LOVE their sour creme donuts, so I tried to buy just 5 timbits.... but she gave me 10 of them. And I ate them all. So now I am 31% over on my cal count today.
Will defintely do Dance workout this evening!
