I haven't worked out in 5 days! So, I'm stuck at 217lbs.... but at least I lost a pound. Will definitely work out today.

No will power. Absolutely no will power. Paczki Day at work. FREE Paczkies for everyone. Strawberry, Blueberry, Custard. And I ate one. 700 Calories. Just. Like. That. Hence, the REAL reason why this is called FAT TUESDAY.

This past week has been a very very busy week for me and I struggled to even get a workout in. I have 2 memberships -- one at my place of employment and then Planet Fitness. Planet Fitness is 24/7 and yet, I was only able to make it there ONE TIME last week and I worked out at my job two days last week.
And yet, I was able to lose another pound! (happy, happy, happy!)

Didn't get to work out as long as I normally do. Eating the same amount so no wonder I am still at the same weight.
