Yahhh. Barely in the 160 range. 169.8 but I'll take it. Over a year ago when I lost weight, I was running every day. I sat a a plateau at 170 without dropping for a long time then started dropping again. This time is so much easier and I am not running everyday. Eating only whole foods, no grains, low carb, high healthy fats and moderate proteins is definitely what is right for my body.

So last year this time...I was the same weight I am now and hit the same plateau-and really wanting to see the scale in the 160's. . I remember just staying with my program and then the weight started coming off again. But Last year I was hungry all the time. No hunger now that I've figured out how I need to eat. Going to keep at this.
