Total body conditioning class on Wednesday, Zumba dance class yesterday.

Ran a mile on Sunday, was going to go to Total Body Conditioning with my daughter last night, but we were running late and she didn't want to go into class late. SO I went running/walking by myself instead.
Went to Zumba last week on Tuesday and Wednesday. All-in-all pretty proud of myself for exercising now 4+ times a week. Need to keep this up AND get my hubby to come along. I am worried about his tendancy toward abdominal fat and how it is going to effect his heart.

Ran a mile on Monday, went to Zumba yesterday. Tonight I am trying out the Total Body Conditioning (TBC) Class at our local gym. Trying to get my daughter to exercise with me.
PS ended up not going to TBC took a short nap and missed it.
