I was surprised I weighed less considering I feel full all of the time, but Im really trying to watch carbs. I have my pumpkin protein pancakes each morning and then lunch and dinner are meat/veg. The snacks are nuts, or shake or a bar, but those are the killer. I need to get into a routine or else I eat a few hershey kisses or tortilla chips.
