Hello!!! I did it!!! First day of week two a success!!! Did my 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, and 50 back crunches. It was pretty hard but i divided it into sets of 25, but i think i might divide it further....they were kinda rough lol.

I decided to change my diet because working two jobs is pretty hectic and I would like the flexibility of doing my own diet. I'll try to do more journeling and work on writing down what i eat!!!
