Hello!!! I did it!!! First day of week two a success!!! Did my 50 sit ups, 50 crunches, and 50 back crunches. It was pretty hard but i divided it into sets of 25, but i think i might divide it further....they were kinda rough lol.

Crunches make the muscles under the abs stronger but if you want to see the abs, you need to lose the fat on the stomach. There is a mixed info on crunches lately. Cardio and interval training are really great for burning fat. So if you don't like the crunches, then it might be better to concentrate on the cardio and diet to help reduce body fat first. I also heard yoga and pilates are great for the core. I'm still trying to get in to yoga.
