Good morning! :)
There will come a time when the scale stalls, stops, or you might even have a small gain, especially when we are exercising. This is due to muscle gains and body recomposition (ex. rounder glutes, but a smaller waist). At this point, we have to rely on measurements and BF%. I surely don't want to have muscle mass lose, just to see a smaller number on the scale that only I can see.

Good morning! :)
The bulletproof carb refeed/protein fast went EXEPTIONALLY well. I had no additional carb cravings. I stuck to my plan without any carvings at all, even as I sat for 5 hours preparing over 200 homemade tamales and watched my company enjoy ice cream. I woke up this morning still feeling "keto-like". No bloating, no brain fog, no moodiness, no "hunger", and have an awesome energy level. I will not get on the scale today because a little water weight is expected.
OH! ...and I had such a WONDERFUL BM, and the water is flushing right out! *SORRY if that's TMI*

Good morning, folks! Happy Sunday! :)
Doing my first planned carb refeed (with bulletproof carbs) and protein fast today. It's going to be hard to do without protein (I LOVE MEAT!), but Lord be with me that I don't lose it from a carb rush and go grab a Sneakers...lol.
