Hiked Camelback yesterday (sunday) and did sunrise yoga this morning at 6:30a. This week's simple goal (so I can get back on track) is to do one active "thing" every day no exceptions.

Did 1.5 hrs Bikram yoga today and yesterday. Today was really tough; sweating more than normal and lightheaded.
Ran 3.4 miles today.
Weigh in coming up on Friday March 19th

Went to three Bikram yoga classes in the last week...very energizing- I was literally wringing my clothes out, but afterwards my skin, hair and body looked and felt healthier. I am going early tomorrow morning, too. If you're in Phx, we should try and get a group to go together !
