Yahoo.... it's Monday morning and I did NOT gain weight over the weekend. I have found I can do water aerobics without triggering an asthma/wheezing attack. Last week was the first time I'd heard of this website so I'm still trying to figure out how to do things. Anyone out there want an accountability buddy? Let me know!
