I'm 54 and in the last year have had a LOT of changes in my life. Company I worked for (14 years)closed, sold home in Ohio, moved 1,000 miles to SD so for the first time I'm living close to my grandchildren (ages 3 & 5). 50-60 hr work weeks the last 5 years have been my "excuse" for putting on weight & not getting enough exercies. Now those excuses are gone and I need to get serious about losing weight - -80 - 90 lbs! Several years ago I suddenly had "exercise-induced asthma" so that's an issue I need to deal with.
