It's (Obviously) been a while since I've been here, but it's nice to see I'm 20lbs less than I was almost 3 years ago. I've recently "retied" from my long time job and expect to be much more active and less tempted to eat/ snack during the day. I'm hoping to be back regularly with more steady progress.

Well... I thought I'd been following "my plan" fairly well, but I'm back up again this week. Up a couple then down a couple. Quite a plateau... My back was bothering me a lot this week so my normally minimal exercize was almost non-existent.
Someone at the WW meeting suggested that I'm "practicing for after goal maintenance life - and doing pretty well at it, too!" It's a very positive way to look at something I'm begining to be frustrated with.
My back is getting less annoying now so hopefully I'll start getting my walking in at least more regularly. Going to the mountains for the weekend and maybe I can find a trail or two to explore!
