Trying once again to drop this weight.....so hard to do with chronic pain issues. Unable to work out like I used too due to pain......my diet has been poor as the chronic pain and weight gain caused major depression where I feed my emotions.....not good! Also, a thyroid that I'm having problems with getting regulated.

I am so depressed.....I just don't seem to have the willpower to get back on the Weight Loss Train like I used to have a few years ago......I need some strength and willpower!

Started trying to lose weight on July 10th, just a week ago.......I haven't followed my diet perfectly, but am doing okay.......I'm down 3.4 lbs my 1st full week.....
