No up or down just sitting at 165. Just glad it is not going up:) going to buy a pedometer and strive for 10,000 steps a day. Need to get in the exercise some how.

Back on track and feeling better! I think I should try to abstain from alcohol for a while just for the weight loss benefit. I don't drink during the week so I will TRY to be dry this weekend. Shouldn't be too hard though if I can see the results on the scale.
