So, I've been working my butt off everyday for the past two months, gym sessions up to 3 hours a day plus bike at night and you would think I've lost a load right? Wrong! My friends have lost 2-4kgs in a period of 1-2weeks, while eating chocolate, ice cream and whatever else! Needless to say I was SUPER frustrated. I decided to google why I wasn't losing any weight and may have found the problem. Turns out the 1200 - 1500 calorie diet had me under eating by at least 1000 calories, my RDI turns out to be 2800 :o/ cold this be the reason why I am not losing anything, despite the intensive workout sessions and healthy diet of fruit, veggies and meat?! Oh and I drink 2-3 litres of water a day too.
So frustrated.
Did I mention I had a knee reconstruction 6 1/2 months ago? Pffft.
