No scale available, but 251 is my last scale weigh-in (though not my last FS weigh-in). Weight steady around 250. Almost presidential. Ha ha!

I haven't had access to a scale for three weeks (I was pet/house sitting on an island near Vancouver). I was kind of worried that there would be a spike, but luckily, no. I dropped 2.6 lbs. I guess that's what not drinking (day 211) and daily double dog walks will do. I'll take it.

I'm at my next pet/house sit (Vancouver Island) and the dog walks will continue. Yay!

No scale where I'm pet-sitting this month, so we'll just roll over the last weigh-in. Maybe there will be a nice surprise in August when my pet-sitting journey continues! Anyone else pet/house-sit?

Hmm... Not sure why the weight is up. Perhaps summer/holidays/drinking (non-alcoholic beer)? Time to adjust, I guess. Tomorrow! :)
