This is the best laid out diet site that I have tried. Whoever did the programming did a terrific job. Twice now I've tried 2 Target off brand foods and found that both of them were listed in the calorie finder. I find that on the W.W. diet I need to add the item to my daily food journal before I eat it to check the WW points. They do not appear until I've actually added it to my journal. I then delete it if it is too many points

Started WW diet today. I should be using about 26 pts/day according to one of my old WW books. Bought 6 WW meals today for dinner in the evening. Also WW desserts. I find this to be an easy way for me to get started. I'm going to try the WII exercise program. I've had the WII balance board and exercise disk year & have barely used it.

My daughter told me about this site & it looks like the best & most interesting one I've seen. I've done the weight watchers meetings and it worked great, but I quickly got tired of the time it took to go to the weekly meetings & listen to other people tell their weekly "story"
