I walk to the bus stop and stuff, but as far as hitting the gym? I am ordering a new pair of workout shorts. I'm sure glad my weight is back in the 160s. My goal is 130 by the summer time. I think I can do it if I work my hiney off. I think if I work out daily for my next 6 week weight loss, I'll lose a total of 20 lbs. I will continue to make good dietary choices and stay away from stuff that makes me bloat and gain. :) SO proud of me for taking control and recognizing my weaknesses.

I have been on a juice fast for 48 hours now and I feel great! No real complaints, a lil' hungry, but I'm alright. I am a massage therapist and other than my work, I do virtually NO exercise. I will start doing cardio each day, and I hope I won't be too exhausted. You see, because of a sensitivity I quit eating gluten and am currently eating a Paleo diet (moderate fat). So, in all I gave up wheat/gluten products, grains, legumes, sugar, and fast junk foods. I will also eat a lot less cheese. I would like to lose 20 lbs. in 6 weeks. I think I can do it! I can get really close, at the very least. I'll be happy with 15.
