Back after nearly 3 years and gained 20lbs. Isshhh!!! I must lose my muffin top for the summer, so I'm getting back into some sort of shape!!!! I was thinking about doing another round of bootcamp but I'll buy P90x DVDs instead. I LOVE hard work outs. I know what I'm getting myself into, but I'm stubborn. :)
1.I made a promise to my dogs to walk them EVERYDAY after dinner, and I'm good so far. I neglected them a bit this winter. :( Poor babies. I'm trying to catch up.
2.No more wine during the week, I'll indulge during week-ends only.
3.I'm drinking a lot more of water at work.
4.I started taking Green Energy tablets: ABS and Lean a couple of times a day to rev up my metabolism and control my appetite.
5.No more muffins during coffee break and I'm trying to go easy on carbs or at least to choose them more carefully.

Haven't recorded food entry in more than 2 weeks due to the fact that I volunteered to be on my little sis' side while her 6 month-old daughter had to undergo skull surgery (went very well and recovers quickly!). So I was out of town for nearly a week and no time and interest to enter any data. But I'm still on track and watch what I eat and I'm getting back in my routine.
Feels so good to enter in these old pants, which were tight before. Lost a couple of waist inches even though I don't exercice at the moment. Had compliments from hubby on that. Geeeeee... :-))
Another bootcamp round is beginning next week for the whole month of June. Will get toned a bit more. Yesss. Working alot in the backyard with hubby = good exercice right there.
