Back after nearly 3 years and gained 20lbs. Isshhh!!! I must lose my muffin top for the summer, so I'm getting back into some sort of shape!!!! I was thinking about doing another round of bootcamp but I'll buy P90x DVDs instead. I LOVE hard work outs. I know what I'm getting myself into, but I'm stubborn. :)
1.I made a promise to my dogs to walk them EVERYDAY after dinner, and I'm good so far. I neglected them a bit this winter. :( Poor babies. I'm trying to catch up.
2.No more wine during the week, I'll indulge during week-ends only.
3.I'm drinking a lot more of water at work.
4.I started taking Green Energy tablets: ABS and Lean a couple of times a day to rev up my metabolism and control my appetite.
5.No more muffins during coffee break and I'm trying to go easy on carbs or at least to choose them more carefully.
