I was way more active 2 years ago, but kinda sat on my butt for a litte while and it shows now. :-( I gained some 20 pounds and I 'm trying hard to get rid of it! So, I started early mornings Bootcamp classes on April 14, 3 times a week. I will also continue in June for 4 weeks this time. I'm addicted to this. They make you push your limits, you suffer, your whole body is sored for a few days, but you feel so good afterwards. That's what I needed....
This, combine with an healthy eating, plenty of water and the fact that I reserve my glass of red wine only for Saturday nite, I'm already beginning to see results and it's encouraging!!! I do go walk my 2 dogs every day ( 50 pounds each)= good workout itself!! ahah Will start jogging shortly.
