Didn't lose anything this week, but also didn't gain. I was way off on my diet, so it was to be expected. You get out what you put in! No worries though. This is not a sprint. It is the rest of my life. Just keep doing was has been working and when I falter keep calm and get back to work. This just goes in the books as a maintenance week.
