After a few months of different meds, and now med free (but 17 lbs heavier) Im starting over.
Was 170 lbs last week but this week 165.
Joined Nerd Fitness Rebellion and started a 6 week challenge. I have GOT to stay on top of shite this time!

Fell off the wagon, went back up to 162 and now back down to 155. Sticking with it REALLY great for the past 10 days!

My eating has been cruddy, but my activity level is good. Been having problems with GERD I think and my lower carb foods arent always good for that sort of thing, so my diet has been sporadic. Been walking about 3km/day though.
