New to forum - using Carb Nite Solution
I have tried most diets, but fail pretty early on -- all that counting and portion control. With this I know what I can and cannot eat and that's all there is to it! No calorie counting, no portion control. Just no carbs! Until carb nite. I've lost 4 lbs in a week (it was 5 yesterday, but somehow I gained a pound yesterday so I'm a touch confused, but am going to stick with it. I'm at 173 -- I need to get to 135. Long road ahead!

Carb Nite Solution
Nah, no alcohol (so I understand) but since I don't drink I didn't pay much attention to that part so you'd need the book. And pretty much no fruit, even on carb night, although he does reocmmend in some of his blog posts a cherry turnover or applie pie ala mode. Also to eat a banana to prevent leg cramps. BUT you can have almost anything you want on carb night. My first one is coming up and I've been told by others NOT to cook too much and have leftovers and have read about people actually eating themselves sick because they could. So . . . going to try to eat a few things that I love -- my comfort foods-- but keep it reasonable. I sure hope this works! I've never been able to stay on any other diet -- not even this long.

Carb Nite Solution
I am on day 7 of Carb Nite Solution. Have found it much easier than expected, am hardly ever hungry and don't crave carbs except maybe around 9 or 9:30 at night. Am looking forward to carb night! However, I gained a pound since yesterday. I'd lost 5, now a net 4. I didn't eat anything wrong, no carbs. Is this normal?
