Extra weight is a serious issue, but there is so much more to life than weight. If I keep looking at my flabby stomach I will know that I am wasting time losing weight. I wish you the best. My best advice is to be painfully honest with yourself. Was that slice of pie really only 1/8 or more like 1/4. I have been there. I now tend to exaggerate my intake just to balance out. But,the truth will give you freedom. You can do it! Believe and achieve! One day at a time. One ounce at a time. You are worth it!
