Exercise:
Started six (6) week structured Transformation program this morning.
- 8 workouts per week (5 group workouts + 2 private training sessions and jog one 5 K)
- Homework is 30 minutes of cardio per day + 10 minutes of Core exercises
Nutrition:
- Max calories per day made up of 25% fat, 35% protein and 40% Carbs
- NO coffee, NO alcohol, NO sodas
- Only one complex carb each day, must be eaten at breakfast. No complex carbs after noon each day.
- Finish eating last meal of each day by 6:30 pm.
- 2-3 servings of veggies per day
- 2 servings of fruit per day
Water
- 64 fl oz water per day
Sleep
- 8 hours of sleep per night

First day of
Holiday Blast Program
:
Two works-outs in one morning was not too bad. 1st started at 5:30 am and kicked my ass. Had to rest for 30 minutes following. 2nd workout started at 8:30 am and was moderate cardio only (80% Max HR = 140-145) for 40 minutes.
Made sure I had fuel for both.
Jogging 2 interior laps at beginning of first workout took the biggest toll.
Body needs sleep. Will lay down for a nap.
