I really want to PR the half marathon on Saturday...the only thing is the course looks a little difficult to navigate and could possibly be very hilly! Those however are just excuses...I am going to have to look but I believe 1:37 is the fastest half I have on official record to date. We will see what happens!

Time for a big week...race on the 19th so this is the last week for weight cutting...gotta get strong for the race! Focusing on body, soul, and spirit this week! With God's help this will be a great week! 80+ miles running this past week, so I feel amazing. Would just like to cut between 5 - 10 lbs this week for time purposes!
