Got in a 20 miler yesterday, and a 5k this morning. I have now run 522 days in a row! Feel great, a little sore after running 26.2 miles on Saturday, 3.1 Sunday early am, 20 on Monday, and 3.1 on Tuesday! Never dreamed this was possible, but with all God has done in my life in the past three years I can honestly say that with Him All things are POSSIBLE!

Full marathon tomorrow...26.2 miles! Gonna run it slow, like 3:45 or so! Training run not a race!!!

Just ran 13.1 miles. Tuesdays are supposedly my long run day, but I struggled through the middle of the run! Finished strong and hit the bike well. I biked 26.2 miles and did it at a great pace considering my run seemed to drag! Gotta shave off some more weight for my half marathon on June 19th.
